Set up StyleVault: A step-by-step guide
Follow these steps to fund your wallet, build your digital wardrobe, generate better outfits, and make StyleVault part of your routine.
Complete these steps in order. You can start with about 20 items and add the rest of your wardrobe later.
Step 1: Fund your wallet and buy AI tokens
Set up payment before you analyze clothes or generate an outfit.
- Open "Profile" from the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Wallet".
- Under "Add funds", choose an amount and complete checkout in your browser.
- Return to "Wallet" and confirm that your cash balance has updated.
- Scroll to "Buy AI tokens" and choose a token pack.
- Confirm that your AI token balance appears at the top of the "Wallet" screen.
Step 2: Add your first wardrobe items
Start with the clothes you wear most often. A small, useful wardrobe produces better results than a large, incomplete one.
- Place each item against a plain background in good light.
- Take a clear photo that shows the whole item.
- Use "Add Many" to upload several items in one session.
- Add everyday tops, bottoms, shoes, and outerwear first.
- Add occasion-specific pieces such as workwear, activewear, or formalwear next.
Step 3: Review the AI tags
StyleVault uses each item’s tags to search your wardrobe and match outfits, so check them before moving on.
- Wait for AI analysis to finish.
- Open each item flagged for review.
- Check its category, color, pattern, and formality.
- Correct any inaccurate tags and save your changes.
Step 4: Add your "Signature Looks"
"Signature Looks" show StyleVault how you would like to dress for different occasions. Add them before generating outfits so your recommendations can reflect your taste from the start.
- Open "Signature" from the bottom navigation.
- On the "Signature Looks" screen, choose an occasion you dress for often, such as church or office.
- Tap "Add your first look" and upload a photo that shows how you would like to dress for that occasion.
- Tap "Add another look" and add at least one more reference for the same occasion.
- Review the summary StyleVault creates, then tap "Sounds like me — confirm".
- Repeat these steps for your other common occasions.
Step 5: Generate your first outfit
Give StyleVault the same information you would give a personal stylist.
- Open "Outfits".
- Choose the occasion that best matches your plan.
- Choose when you will wear the outfit: now, tonight, or tomorrow.
- Select a vibe such as polished, relaxed, bold, or minimal.
- Add practical details in the note field, such as “client presentation, no sneakers” or “dinner outside, might get chilly.”
- Tap "Generate outfits".
Step 6: Save or refine the result
Respond to the recommendation so StyleVault can learn what works for you.
- Tap "Save outfit" if you would wear it.
- Tap "Not for me" if it misses the mark.
- Tap "Get new recommendations" to see different combinations.
- Repeat until you have two or three reliable looks for your most common occasions.
Step 7: Use insights before you shop
Check what you already own before deciding that you need something new.
- Open "Wardrobe Insights".
- Review your most-worn and least-worn items.
- Open "Wardrobe Gaps" to see missing categories and neglected pieces.
- Choose "Style this item" on a neglected piece to generate a new combination.
- Only add something to your shopping list if the gap remains after trying your existing clothes.
Step 8: Follow a simple weekly routine
Use this checklist to keep your wardrobe and recommendations current:
- At the start of the week, generate outfits for your recurring plans.
- After shopping or laundry, add new items and check their AI tags.
- Once a month, review "Wardrobe Insights" and style one neglected item.
- At the start of each season, update outerwear, layers, and "Signature Looks".
That is it. Keep your wardrobe accurate, give each outfit request clear context, and save the combinations that work.
